Berry Salad with Feta Cheese and Honey Dressing

🥗 Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries, halved
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 100g (about 3.5 oz) feta cheese, crumbled or lightly pan-fried
- A handful of fresh mint leaves (optional)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- A pinch of salt and black pepper

- Prepare the fruit: Rinse the berries gently and pat them dry. Slice the strawberries if they are large.
